Recently, at the construction site in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in central Africa, the installation of a set of 120 tons/hour large-scale asphalt mixing plant equipment was fully rolled out and steadily advanced. The project team strictly abides by overseas construction standards and equipment installation specifications, grasps the construction window period, and efficiently promotes core processes such as equipment hoisting, module docking, pipeline layout and system adaptation. At present, the overall installation progress is stable and controllable, and it is expected that it will be officially put into operation soon, laying a solid foundation for the upgrading of local road traffic infrastructure. 

The 120 tons/hour asphalt mixing plant landed in the Democratic Republic of Congo is the main core equipment suitable for medium-sized road infrastructure projects in Africa, with outstanding advantages such as stable production capacity, controllable energy consumption, high degree of automation and strong adaptability. In the early stage of construction, the team shall complete the preparatory work such as equipment inventory, site leveling, calibration of foundation embedded parts, refinement of construction scheme, etc., so as to accurately avoid overseas construction risks. During the installation process, the technicians shall supervise the whole process, strictly control the key links such as steel structure main body splicing, mixing system assembly, electrical control system wiring, hydraulic and dust removal system debugging, accurately verify and check each installation detail layer by layer, ensure that the equipment installation accuracy meets the standard, the structure is stable, and various performance parameters meet the design standards, so as to ensure the subsequent safe, stable and efficient operation of the equipment. 

For a long time, the construction of road traffic infrastructure in the Democratic Republic of the Congo lags behind, the old road reconstruction, the new road network project gap is large, and the insufficient supply of high-quality asphalt mixture is an important bottleneck restricting the acceleration of local infrastructure. The landing and commissioning of the 120 tons/hour asphalt mixing plant will thoroughly improve the current situation of insufficient self-sufficiency of asphalt materials in the project area, realize large-scale, standardized and localized production of asphalt mixture, greatly reduce the construction cost of the project, shorten the construction cycle of the project, and provide solid material guarantee and equipment support for the upgrading and reconstruction of local road network and the construction of traffic interconnection.
