Upon receiving payment, our company quickly arranged production and processing today to ensure smooth production and delivery.
Our bitumen decanter is a specialized industrial device designed for the efficient processing of drummed bitumen. Its core function is to achieve rapid separation and recovery of solid bitumen from metal packaging through a combination of precise temperature control and mechanical stripping. This asphalt drum decanting equipment adopts a modular design, typically consisting of a heating system, a drum positioning mechanism, a hydraulic lifting device, and a waste drum compression unit. Its working principle follows the principles of heat conduction and fluid dynamics—when the heat transfer oil circulation system heats the drum to a working temperature range of 140-180℃, the asphalt gradually melts into a viscous flow state. At this point, the hydraulic actuator applies a directional force, causing the asphalt to peel controllably from the drum wall, ultimately being discharged into a storage tank through the bottom discharge port.
In terms of environmental performance, our new generation of drum decanting equipment uses a double-layer insulated shell and a nano-ceramic coating, increasing thermal efficiency to 82%, saving 30% more energy than traditional equipment. Its waste drum processing unit is equipped with a hydraulic shearing mold, which can compress empty drums into regular 300mm×300mm blocks, facilitating subsequent melting and recycling. Some high-end models also integrate a nitrogen protection system, creating an inert gas environment during asphalt transfer, effectively preventing oxidation and coking. These technological innovations have enabled the equipment to be widely used in asphalt concrete mixing plants, road maintenance bases, and petrochemical storage fields. A single unit can process 60-80 barrels per day, significantly improving the efficiency of solid waste resource utilization.
