In August 2025, a customer sent an inquiry via email regarding asphalt emulsification equipment. The customer stated, "We are interested in acquiring a bitumen emulsion plant suitable for producing SS-60 from penetration grade bitumen (80/100)." The equipment will be used for road construction projects in Mozambique. The customer had specific and careful requirements for the equipment, seeking a supplier with stable quality and a long-term cooperative relationship. 

This time, the customer wanted to purchase an 8-10 ton/hour asphalt emulsification plant. Emulsified asphalt equipment is a specialized device for producing emulsified asphalt. It uses a colloid mill to break down asphalt into microparticles and disperse them in water to form an emulsion, primarily used for highway prime coat, bond coat construction, and maintenance.
