I. Applications
1. Widely used for mixing solid-solid (powder-to-powder) and solid-slurry (powder-to-cement) materials such as putty paste, stone paint, dry powder, putty, pharmaceuticals, foods, chemicals, feed, ceramics, and refractory materials. It is particularly suitable for mixing viscous materials.
2. Generally, a horizontal ribbon mixer is recommended for mixing dry mortar containing vitrified microspheres.
3. Stainless steel is recommended for industries such as putty paste, stone paint, biology, pharmaceuticals, and foods.
4. This mixer is not suitable for mixing materials with high fiber content or large density differences. II. Asphalt Mixer Operating Procedures

1. Install the machine securely and levelly, at least 0.6m from walls and nearby fixed objects, and ensure good grounding.
2. Connect the power cord and preheat for 30 minutes. Press the "Up" button on the control panel to raise the mixing head. Pour the preheated mixture into the pot. Press the "Down" button to lower the mixing head and insert it into the pot. Press the start button. Mix for the preset time, then automatically stop and reset to zero for the next mixing cycle.
3. Press the "Up" button to raise the mixing head. Loosen the locking nut, open the positioner, manually invert the pot 90°, and pour the mixture into the mold.
IV. After the mixture and specimen are prepared, disconnect the power cord and clean the machine.

4. After the instrument is securely installed and powered on, check for normal operation, reliable power supply, and functioning control buttons.
5. Lift the guide rod and position it with the hammer plate. Raise the test mold cylinder and push the loaded test mold into the positioning pins. Lower the test mold cylinder and insert the guide rod into the cylinder.
6. Turn on the power switch and set the number of hammer strikes according to the test specifications. After setting the number, press the reset button to save it.
7. Press the Pause/Run button to stop the instrument when the set number is reached.
8. Remove the test mold, reverse the position, press the reset button, and the instrument will repeat the last operation. When the hammer strikes are complete, press the Pause/Run button to end the entire process.
9. Repeat the above steps for the remaining test pieces.
10. After the test is complete, disconnect the power supply and clean and maintain the instrument.
