There are certain construction techniques involved in using asphalt mixing plants. As a professional asphalt mixing plant manufacturer, we'll guide you through them! Before using the asphalt mixer, the top surface of the construction area should be cleared of miscellaneous fill, and the site should be kept dry and level, meeting design requirements. If the ground is too soft, the foundation should be reinforced to prevent instability of the construction machinery and ensure the verticality of the pile frame.

Next, the incoming construction machinery should be inspected to ensure it is in good condition and meets requirements before assembly and trial operation. The verticality of the asphalt mixer must be guaranteed; the deviation of the gantry guide and mixing shaft from the ground should not exceed 1.0%.
Regarding the layout of the asphalt mixer, it should be done according to the pile location plan, with an error not exceeding 2cm. A 110KVA power supply and Φ25mm water pipes should be provided for the asphalt mixer to ensure its power supply and all conveying systems are functioning normally and stably.
Once the asphalt mixing plant is in position, the mixer motor can be turned on, and wet spraying can be used to pre-mix and cut the soil to make it sink. Only after the mixing shaft sinks to the designed depth can the drilling and grouting begin at a speed of 0.45 to 0.8 m/min.
