Bitumen emulsion equipment is a specialized device used to mix asphalt with water, bitumen emulsifiers, etc., to produce emulsified asphalt. It is widely used in highway construction, road maintenance, and other fields. Its core working principle is to break down asphalt into tiny particles through high-speed shearing and grinding, dispersing them evenly in water to form a stable emulsion.
Asphalt emulsion equipment mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Colloid mill: This is the core component of the equipment, responsible for fine grinding of the asphalt. Generally, a high-speed universal grinder is used, such as the JM140D-T2 model, with a drive power of 7.5kW and a grinding basket capacity of 23L.
2. Emulsifier supply system: Precisely controls the amount of emulsifier added.
3. Heating system: Maintains the asphalt at a suitable working temperature (usually 130-180℃).
4. Control system: Enables automated operation and parameter adjustment.
In terms of technical parameters, the typical equipment has dimensions of approximately 670 x 400 x 325 mm, weighs around 130 kg, and has a processing capacity ranging from several tons to tens of tons per hour. Processing batches are typically 3-5 batches per hour, with media size controlled below 31mm.
What are the classifications of emulison bitumen machine
Application scenarios mainly include: Base treatment for newly built highways; Road surface crack repair; Micro-surfacing construction; Tack coat and primer coat construction. Points to note when purchasing:
1. Select equipment with appropriate capacity based on construction needs;
2. Pay attention to the wear resistance and service life of the colloid mill;
3. Consider the degree of automation and ease of operation of the equipment;
4. Pay attention to the supporting heating system and temperature control accuracy. Operating precautions:
1. Check that all parts are securely connected before starting the machine;
2. Strictly follow the procedures for preheating, and control the temperature within the process range;
3. The emulsifier addition ratio must be accurate (usually 1-3%);
4. Regularly check the wear condition of the colloid mill;
5. Clean the equipment promptly after shutdown. Maintenance points:
Change the lubricating oil every 500 working hours;
Regularly check the insulation performance of the electrical system;
Drain residual material from the pipelines during storage;
Treat rust prevention when not in use for a long period. The products offered by mainstream asphalt emulsification equipment manufacturers on the market have different characteristics in terms of performance and automation. It is recommended to select the appropriate model and configuration according to the specific project requirements.
