1. After installing the emulsified asphalt equipment, please check that all connections are secure and tight, moving parts are flexible, pipelines are unobstructed, and power wiring is correct.
2. When initially loading asphalt, please open the vent valve to allow the asphalt to flow smoothly into the heater.
3. Before ignition, fill the water tank with water, open the valve to reach a certain water level in the steam generator, and then close the valve.

4. During operation, please observe the water level and adjust the valve to maintain an appropriate level.
5. If the asphalt contains moisture, open the inlet port on the top of the tank when the temperature reaches 100 degrees Celsius and start the internal circulation dehydration.
6. After dehydration is complete, please observe the thermometer reading and pump out the high-temperature asphalt promptly. If the temperature is too high and no reading is necessary, quickly start the internal circulation to cool it down.
7. When the asphalt level in the tank is lower than the thermometer reading, please close the suction valve before stopping the emulsified asphalt equipment to prevent asphalt backflow in the heater. The next day, turn on the motor first, then open the three-way valve.
8. To save fuel and ensure safe equipment operation, add coal sparingly and frequently, and remove ash and slag regularly.
