The asphalt mixing plant layout can be flexible based on the actual construction site conditions. However, before installation, the site should be leveled and compacted. The supporting foundations for all components should be pre-prepared according to the layout of the sample (the sample should be retained until the equipment is installed). The concrete piers for the mixed material storage bin and the powder supply system should be well-prepared for secondary grouting of the anchor bolts. However, the following considerations should be kept in mind:

1. The equipment foundation should be located in an open area to shorten the loader's loading cycle. This also ensures that vehicles transporting finished materials can turn around easily, unimpeded, and without interfering with each other.
2. When prefabricating the foundation, ensure its flatness and dimensional requirements to ensure secure installation and proper overlap. The quality of the foundation can affect the proper operation and performance of the equipment.
3. The loading side of the batching unit should be determined based on the site size, the storage of raw materials, and the configuration of the loader.
4. To facilitate the loading of the loader, a loading slope should be set up on the loading side of the batching unit, and a patrol passage with free access should be reserved between it and the batching unit to facilitate the inspection, repair and maintenance of the equipment during operation.
