For large equipment like modified emulsified asphalt equipment, how can it be used for a long time? How should it be maintained daily? Today, we will introduce some maintenance tips to help you:

(1) After each shift, the emulsifier should be cleaned.
(2) The speed-regulating pump used to control the flow rate in the modified emulsified asphalt equipment should be checked regularly for accuracy and adjusted and maintained in a timely manner. The stator and rotor clearance of the asphalt emulsifier should be checked regularly. If the minimum clearance specified for the machine cannot be reached, the stator and rotor should be replaced.
(3) When the modified emulsified asphalt equipment is not used for a long time, the liquid in the tank and pipeline should be drained (the emulsifier solution should not be stored for a long time). All caps should be tightly closed and kept clean. Lubricating oil should be added to all moving parts.
(4) When using the equipment for the first time or restarting it after a long period of inactivity, the rust in the tank should be removed, and the water filter should be cleaned regularly.
