The ambient temperature is below 5℃ and the construction conditions shall be strictly controlled in windy weather. Construction shall not be carried out unless necessary. If construction is really necessary, heat preservation and temperature control shall be strengthened. Firstly, strictly control the construction threshold. When the temperature is lower than-5℃ and the wind speed is greater than 6m/s, asphalt pavement construction is prohibited. Warm asphalt mixing technology is preferred under the breeze environment of about 5℃ to reduce the temperature loss of mixture construction; Second, strengthen the whole process insulation. The mixture transportation vehicles shall be covered with insulation quilt in the whole process to reduce the temperature attenuation during transportation, preheat the pavement base in advance, and avoid the rapid cooling of mixture caused by heat absorption of the base layer; Third, improve construction efficiency, streamline construction procedures, shorten paving and rolling intervals, ensure that the initial pressure temperature is not lower than 110℃, and the final pressure temperature meets the specification standard; fourth, optimize maintenance measures, timely cover thermal insulation and moisture retention materials on low-temperature molded pavement, avoid shrinkage cracks caused by sudden temperature difference, and prolong pavement thermal insulation maintenance cycle.
