Our company's continuous asphalt mixing plant features a forced mixing mixer and combines the advantages of continuous drum mixing. This equipment can be equipped with a powder supply system to add mineral powder or fibers, depending on the user's needs. It is highly adaptable, simple in structure, and cost-effective.

The recycled aggregate in the drum of the continuous asphalt mixing plant does not require open flame drying because its surface contains asphalt to prevent asphalt aging. It also uses a co-current flow method. The drum's function is solely to dry the aggregate; mixing takes place within the forced mixing drum, producing the finished product.
Continuous Asphalt Mixing Plant Mixing System:
1. The mixing drum uses continuous forced mixing with dual-shaft synchronous drive. The two shafts rotate in opposite directions, resulting in a continuous output of finished product. The gradation is measured by sensors during material feeding. This is the biggest difference between this and intermittent asphalt plants.
2. The mixing drum in intermittent plants has two large openings at the top and bottom. Metering is done by superimposed weighing layers on top of the mixing drum.
3. Asphalt is added on the mixer. If mineral powder or other additives are to be added, they are also added on the mixer.
