Dust collectors(Asphalt mixing plant dust collectors) can be cleaned using professional cleaning equipment. Our company has introduced advanced foreign dust collector bag cleaning equipment and adopted foreign cleaning technology. This equipment can clean the dust collector bags used in asphalt mixing plants and other equipment, achieving excellent cleaning results at low cost. Damaged bags can also be repaired. The dust removal effect of the cleaned dust collector bags is essentially the same as that of new dust collector bags. The cleaning cost is far lower than the cost of replacing dust collector bags, making it a new way for enterprises to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Main Process Flow for Cleaning Dust Collector Bags at Asphalt Mixing Plants:
1. Dust Removal: High-frequency vibration is used to remove all larger dust particles that have entered the dust collector bag wall without affecting the fiber entanglement strength, maintaining the good condition of the dust collector bag and the ease of dirt removal.
2. Chemical Treatment: Samples of the dust collector bags are extracted and analyzed using professional instruments to determine the composition of oil stains. Suitable washing agents are then selected to maximize cleaning without damaging the dust collector bags.
3. Chemical Immersion: Appropriate chemical agents are used to soak the dust collector bags, removing oil and dirt from the crevices and maximizing air permeability.
4. Washing: Suitable washing agents are selected and strictly proportioned. Low-temperature water washing with a uniform water flow and moderate intensity avoids mechanical damage to the dust collector bags.
5. Drying: Hot air drying at approximately 110 degrees Celsius maintains the dimensional stability of the dust collector bags, ensuring they do not deform or shrink after drying.
6. Repair: Dust collector bags damaged by wear, corrosion, or other factors during use are repaired to ensure a high reuse rate. Damaged dust collector bag accessories will be provided to users at cost price. 7. Testing: The cleaned dust collector bags are tested for physical properties using instruments to ensure the cleaning quality meets requirements. (Those that do not meet the standards will be repaired until they pass.)
8. Quality Inspection and Packaging: The fully cleaned and qualified dust collector bags undergo strict quality inspection, are then individually packaged, and labeled with inspection certificates before being transported to the designated warehouse for shipment.
Modified emulsified asphalt equipment has two heating methods. Modified emulsified asphalt equipment consists of four parts: a production unit, an additive feeding device, a heating unit, and a finished product tank. Our modified emulsified asphalt equipment also uses two heating methods, which we will explain below.
Generally, the water heating methods for modified emulsified asphalt equipment are mainly coal-fired heating or heat transfer oil heat exchange. We rarely use electric heating. The former two each have their advantages and disadvantages. Coal-fired heating requires a dedicated person to add coal and constantly monitor the water temperature. Its advantage is that it does not require heat transfer oil pipeline connections. As for heat transfer oil heat exchange, it has a compact structure, stable heat exchange, and is easy to automate. Its disadvantage is that it requires a dedicated heat transfer oil circulation pipeline.
We will conclude our explanation of the heating methods for our modified emulsified asphalt equipment here. We hope this information is helpful. If you would like to know more about our products, please contact us. We will answer your questions and welcome your cooperation!
