Colloid Mill: Clean residual asphalt from the stator-rotor gap weekly; check bearing lubrication monthly (add high-temperature grease); inspect shear clearance annually (replace parts if wear exceeds 0.2mm).
Heating System: Change heat transfer oil every 6 months; regularly clean coking from the inner wall of the heating coil (to prevent decreased thermal efficiency); check fuel/gas burner nozzles (to prevent blockage leading to uneven heating).
Control System: Calibrate temperature sensors and flow metering pumps monthly; back up PLC programs regularly (to prevent data loss).
