The ZAM-6G asphalt bagging equipment is a high-performance melting solution specifically developed by Sinoroader for ton-bag packaged asphalt. This equipment uses indirect heating via heat transfer oil or heat pipes to safely and efficiently convert solid asphalt into a liquid state, suitable for processing ton-bag asphalt with different penetration specifications. The core process includes cutting the outer layer from the bottom of the ton bag, placing the asphalt on a heating grid for melting, allowing the melted asphalt to flow into the bottom storage bin for temporary storage, and finally pumping it to the asphalt tank. The equipment features a modular design and closed-loop production to save energy and reduce pollution, and is equipped with an automatic control system and internationally renowned burners for precise temperature monitoring. The ZAM-6G model boasts a melting capacity of 6-8 t/h, an asphalt storage volume of approximately 17 m³, a hot oil furnace power of 800,000 Kcal/h, and asphalt discharge temperature controlled at 120-140℃, with a total power of 37 kW, fully meeting the needs of medium to large-scale asphalt processing.
Asphalt melting is the process of heating solid asphalt to 100-200°C, transforming it into a liquid state. This process takes place in specialized asphalt melting equipment, using heat transfer oil or heat pipes. Solid asphalt from drums or ton bags melts on the coils, and the melted asphalt flows into the bottom storage silo for temporary storage.
The ton bag asphalt packaging process utilizes the viscoplasticity of asphalt to harden it, then packs it into specially designed ton bags suitable for transportation. The inner layer of the bag is a fusible polyethylene plastic film. After filling, the asphalt solidifies inside the ton bag and is then transported to the usage site by forklift. To melt the asphalt, the outer layer of the ton bag is cut open from the bottom, and the asphalt is placed in a high-performance melting furnace. All these operations are completed within the ton-bag asphalt melting unit. Once the asphalt reaches the required temperature, it is pumped into the asphalt tank.
