Evaporation Residue Content: The percentage of solid asphalt is measured after evaporating moisture in a 105℃ oven, reflecting the content of effective binder components.
Sieve Residue: The proportion of undispersed coarse particles in the emulsified asphalt is detected to prevent clogging of spraying equipment.
Storage Stability Test: After the sample is left to stand in a sealed container for a certain period, the difference in residue between the upper and lower layers is measured to verify the stratification of the emulsion during transportation and storage.
Engela Viscosity: The fluidity is measured using a standard viscometer, reflecting the workability of the emulsified asphalt for construction.
Demulsification Rate Test: The type of demulsification is determined through a mixing test to ensure an appropriate demulsification time when mixing with aggregates.
