Features of the equipment: It mainly solves the problem of the ratio of oil and water. It adopts two speed-regulating electric circular impeller pumps. According to the ratio of oil and water, the speed of the gear pump is adjusted to meet the ratio requirements. The operation is intuitive and convenient. The oil and water are transported into the emulsifier through the two pumps for emulsification. The emulsified asphalt equipment produced by our company has the characteristics of a stator and a rotor that combine the smooth colloid mill and the anvil groove colloid mill: the increase of the anvil increases the characteristic shear density in the emulsifier.
