What should be noted during the dismantling of an asphalt mixing plant?
The asphalt mixing plant has a very promising future, and market competition is fierce. During operation, uneven wear of the support rollers and rails often occurs, sometimes accompanied by abnormal noises and edge chipping. The main reason for this is that after a period of operation, the drying drum, under high temperature, rubs against the support rollers and rails.

Under the action of drying materials, the asphalt mixing plant will experience severe vibrations, directly leading to improper adjustment of the gap between the rails and support rollers, or misalignment between them. Therefore, operators need to apply grease to the contact surfaces of the support rollers and rails after each day's work.
While adding grease, it is also necessary to adjust the tightness of the fixing nuts in a timely manner, and then effectively adjust the gap between the support rollers and rails to ensure smooth operation and even force distribution at the contact points. This will prevent any obstruction during the operation of the asphalt mixing plant. The dismantling of an asphalt mixing plant is a large and complex process.
Before dismantling, a feasible plan needs to be developed based on the equipment's location and the actual situation. All dismantling and assembly personnel must then undergo comprehensive technical and safety discussions.
Before dismantling, the equipment's accessories and exterior must be thoroughly inspected, registered, and documented.
During installation, a diagram showing the relative positions of the asphalt mixing plant needs to be drawn up for reference by the workers. During dismantling, all cables and wires inside the asphalt mixing plant must not be cut.
All internal and external wire numbers and terminal block numbers must be confirmed to be correct before dismantling can proceed; otherwise, the wire markings must be adjusted.
