I. Working Principle of the Asphalt Decanter Unit
The main operating process of the asphalt de-barreling unit includes the following steps:
1. Place the sealed asphalt barrel into the asphalt de-barreling unit.
2. Turn on the oil pump and inject thermal oil into the heater.
3. Turn on the heater and heat the thermal oil to a certain temperature.
4. The thermal oil circulates in the heater, transferring heat to the bottom of the barrel through the barrel's heat transfer pipes.
5. The temperature of the asphalt in the barrel gradually rises, and the asphalt gradually melts.
6. When the asphalt has melted to a certain temperature, turn off the heater and oil pump. Once the asphalt is completely de-barreled, the processed asphalt can be processed for the next step.

II. Application Scenarios of the Asphalt De-Barreling Unit
Asphalt de-barreling units are widely used in road maintenance, construction, and other fields. Their main function is to heat barreled solid asphalt into a liquid state for use. Asphalt de-barreling units have the following advantages:
1. Fast heating rate: The asphalt de-barreling unit uses a thermal oil circulation heating method, which heats up quickly and saves time and effort. 2. Uniform Heating: The asphalt de-barreling unit utilizes heat transfer pipes within the barrel, ensuring uniform heating, minimizing local overheating, and ensuring efficient heat utilization.
3. Simple Operation: The asphalt de-barreling unit is easy to operate; simply follow the process steps.
4. Safe and Reliable: The asphalt de-barreling unit is safe and reliable, utilizing a sealed heating system that eliminates odors and safety hazards.
III. Precautions
1. Before using the asphalt de-barreling unit, you must understand the relevant operating skills and precautions and strictly follow the operating procedures.
2. The heater must be highly reliable and have insulation.
3. The asphalt de-barreling unit should use standardized asphalt barrels to prevent asphalt leaks due to drum tipping or loose locking.
4. The asphalt treated in the asphalt de-barreling unit must be tested for temperature and quality to ensure optimal use.
