on the evening of July 7, 2025, as the workday neared its end in the office, Our sales mananger Grace Duan had received an inquiry for an asphalt mixer quietly popped up. The client specifically requested models with hourly outputs of 6 tons and 15 tons.

After adding the client on WeChat, he straightforwardly asked for a catalog. This directness made Our sales mananger Grace Duan feel his serious attitude in screening suppliers. Although the inquiry focused on the 6-ton and 15-ton trailer-mounted mobile models, Our sales mananger Grace Duan still presented the complete specifications for all eight models in the series—from the 0.25 cubic meter batch (1.5-2 tons per hour) to the 4 cubic meter dual-drum (24-32 tons per hour). Grace Duan detailed the single-batch discharge capacity, hourly output, and transportation requirements for each, while also explaining the core differences
and applicable scenarios for the three types: fixed, trailer-mounted mobile, and self-propelled. For the self-propelled equipment, Grace Duan specifically noted that it is only for on-site relocation within
project sites and does not come with licensing services, to avoid misunderstandings later. Grace Duan also supplemented the information with actual photos and working videos of the equipment, allowing the client to visually understand the entire process from feeding and mixing to discharging.
On the evening of July 9, the client confirmed the purchase of two self-propelled 10-ton units and requested on-site training for their engineers. Although it was already after working hours, considering the work rhythm in Dubai's time zone, Grace Duan immediately updated the quotation from home and simultaneously confirmed the shipping details that the disassembled equipment could fit into a 40-foot high-cube container.
On July 14, a payment notification arrived unexpectedly. The entire process, from inquiry to payment, was completed in just over a week.
