The 60t/h mobile continuous asphalt mixing plant project in Kenya is currently under installation. A team of three engineers from our company has arrived at the customer's installation site to provide on-site training and guidance.
In the field of mobile continuous asphalt mixing plants, Henan Sinoroader Heavy Industry Corporation has become a representative enterprise in the industry due to its profound technical accumulation and innovation capabilities. The company has focused on the research and development and manufacturing of road construction machinery for over twenty years, with products covering three major series: mobile, stationary, and recyclable. Among them, the mobile continuous mixing plant, with "high efficiency, environmental protection, and intelligence" as its core competitiveness, is widely used in many key projects across the country.

The mobile continuous asphalt mixing plant is one of our company's flagship products. This mobile asphalt plant is an integrated equipment that combines material conveying, heating, mixing, and discharging. Its core features are "continuous operation" and "mobile deployment." Compared with traditional intermittent equipment, it achieves synchronous metering and mixing of aggregates, asphalt, and mineral powder through double-drum or triple-drum continuous heating technology, eliminating the need for frequent start-ups and shutdowns, and increasing production efficiency by more than 30%. Meanwhile, the equipment adopts a modular design, allowing for rapid disassembly and transport to different construction sites, making it particularly suitable for scenarios such as mountain roads, emergency repairs, and construction in remote areas.
From a technical perspective, its workflow consists of four stages: aggregates are conveyed to a drying drum for heating and drying; the heated aggregates enter a vibrating screening system for grading according to particle size; qualified aggregates are continuously mixed with asphalt and mineral powder in a mixing tank; and the final product is directly conveyed to a transport vehicle through the discharge port. The entire process is automated through a PLC control system, allowing for real-time adjustment of parameters such as temperature and mix proportions to ensure stable asphalt mixture quality.
