Asphalt Mixing Plant (tractor mobile)

HMA-TM serie asphalt plant is mobile type continuous mix plant developed independently according to the market demand. Each functional part of whole plant is separate module, with travelling chassis system, which makes it easy to relocate being towed by tractor after being folded. Adopting quick power connection and ground-foundation-free design, the plant is easy to install and capable to start production rapidly.

Modular design, easy to install and transport.
The cold aggregate feeder is equipped with frequency conversion speed regulator, whose operation is safe and reliable, and can realize speed synchronous proportional automatic control and adjustment.
Grate grid is set on the top of each bin, and feed bin has vibrator to avoid material blocking, and alarm to warn the lack of aggregate. The discharging port of feed bin is adjustable.

The continually optimized design of lifting board and stainless steel insulation layer effectively reduces the heat loss of drying drum, saves fuel consumption and greatly improves the thermal efficiency.
Adoption of wear-resistant and heat-resistant materials in burning zone of the drying drum gives long service life.

The external dimension of the control room is 2700mm*880mm*2000mm imitating a container structure, and the wall is made of color steel plate of double-layer insulation. As well as color steel doors and windows, and split air conditioner. It has beautiful appearance, and good sealing performance, and also is convenient hoisting and transportation. The main components of electrical control are Siemens brand electrical appliances, with interlocking and secondary protection. And the electrical control adopts a desktop console, which is equipped with manual control operating devices, main motor current display, finished material temperature display, frequency converters of cold aggregate, water pump, and bitumen pump, brings convenient and intuitive operation.
