Bitumen Decanter

The Bitumen Decanting Machine is a kind of equipment to transfer heated bitumen from drum or jumbo bag into storage tank. It consists of delivering system, melting system, heating system, bitumen pump and pipeline system, thermal keeping system, etc. Sinoroader mainly supply 3 types decanting machine, bitumen drum decanter, bitumen bag decanter, bitumen drum & bag decanter, We can also accept customized requirements .

1.Bitumen Drum Decanter
1.Bitumen Drum Decanter
Mainly aimed at decanting of bitumen packed in steel drum.

Working principle: Place the uncapped barrel on the hydraulic flip-over device, deliver the upside-down bitumen drum into the melting chamber through the hydraulic arm, reheat the bitumen fell into the melting pool to a certain pumping temperature, and then to pump the liquid bitumen into the external bitumen storage unit.

Heating method: Burner or thermal oil furnace heating for option.

Capacity: 2-10 tons per hour for option.

2.Bitumen Jumbo Bag Decanter
2.Bitumen Jumbo Bag Decanter
Mainly aimed at decanting of bitumen packed in jumbo bag.

Working Principle: Hoist the bitumen in jumbo bag to the top of feeding port through jib crane, remove the jumbo bag and drop the bitumen block on the thermal oil coil for melting, reheat the bitumen fell into the melting pool to a certain pumping temperature, and then to pump the liquid bitumen into the external bitumen storage unit.

Heating Method: Burner or thermal oil furnace heating for option.

Capacity: 3-10 tons per hour for option.

3.Bitumen Drum and Jumbo Bag decanter
Mainly aimed at decanting of bitumen packed in steel drum and jumbo bag.

Working Principle:Hoist the bitumen in jumbo bag or steel drum to the feeding platform through jib crane, remove the jumbo bag, or flip over the steel drum, then propel it into melting chamber, reheat the bitumen fell into the melting pool to a certain pumping temperature, and then to pump the liquid bitumen into the external bitumen storage unit.
Note: Flip-over device should be removed in advance, when to melt the bitumen in jumbo bag.

Heating Method: Burner or thermal oil furnace heating for option.

Capacity:4-10 tons per hour for option.
