Consists of cold feed bin, belt feeder, virgin aggregates feeder, virgin aggregates belt conveyor assembly, recycled aggregates feeder, recycled aggregates belt conveyor assembly. It equips with environmental protection system, and is designed as modular structure entirely.

Consists of virgin material drying drum, burner and air compressor, recycled material drying drum, burner and air compressor, as well as heavy oil storage tank, and light oil tank, and is utilized for cold aggregates drying and heating.

Consists of horizontal double shaft paddle mixer, vibrating mixer, centralized lubricating system, and mixer plant main structure. It is to mix aggregates, filler and bitumen, which are weighed quantitatively against setting proportion, evenly to be finished product required.

5.Baghouse Dust Removal System
Consists of volute casing collector, and bag collector & induced draught system of main dust remover, as well as induced draught system of recycled material. It can increase the pressure difference between two ends of drying drum, enhance passing capacity of hot airflow, and improve the heating and drying effect. Also it is capable to reduce fume and dust emission concentration to meet the corresponding environmental protection requirements. As well, the air duct is connected to the vibrating screen, which can effectively remove the dust floating in the vibrating screen cabin, and provide negative pressure in the aggregate conveying channel, which also can effectively reduce the dust leakage possibility in each sealing part.

Consists of virgin filler silo, recycled filler silo, recycled filler storage silo, filler spiral conveyor and waste powder spiral conveyor. Virgin and recycled filler can be utilized directly after weighing, while waste powder with high impurity content will be discharged out of the system.

And adopting Japan OMRON PLC and touch screen, which has strong data processing capability, automatic data sheet control, and can store various operational data in real time.
