Synchronous Chip Sealer

Synchronous chip sealing technology has excellent water repellency and skid resistance, as well as good performance of pavement crack treatment. In the case of no aggregate loss, it can ensure the road maintenance performance about 7-10 years. Meanwhile, it is also capable to choose synchronous chip sealer with fibre seal coat device, which sprays bitumen binder, glass fibre, and spreads gravel on them. After rolling compaction, they will form new wearing coat or stress absorbing intermediate layer. This processing is a kind of new technology of road construction and maintenance, by which the sealing structure is a densified mesh tangled structure of interaction materials developed by continuous construction processing, and consists of first bitumen layer, second fibre layer, third bitumen layer and fourth gravel layer.

DURABILITY & STABILITY
Bitumen tank ektexine is covered with dull polished stainless steel plate, with good corrosion resistance and durability, as well as good heat preservation with temperature drop ≤12℃/8h at room temperature. It equips with one imported diesel burner with high combustion efficiency, making heating rate higher together with the mixing blades. In addition, it also equips with automatic ignition and temperature control system, bringing secure and stable operation.

Gravel spreading and bitumen spraying are controlled separately through multiple units of pneumatic cylinders, and each cylinder can be controlled independently and adjusted freely.

Equipping with manual and automatic operating system to ensure the equipment can work whenever needed. The automatic control is realized by vehicular special controller. Vehicle traveling speed and pump speed are accurately measured by sensors, so as to control the distributing amount in construction precisely. Equipped with parallel thermal oil coil, the bitumen heating tank has advantages of rational stress structure, secure & reliable, and high-rate heating, etc. Anti-wave board is set in tank to avoid potential safety hazard caused by impact due to medium moving back and forth during vehicle traveling. The tank is covered by insulated cotton in thick of 150mm, with good heat preservation, temperature drop ≤12ºC/8h. And also equipped with bitumen level indicator and level safety limit switch, which can effectively prevent the bitumen from being too much or too little. Besides, it has self-priming and self-discharging function to replenish or discharge bitumen, which enhances work efficiency very much.

Fibres crushed and cut through special processing are disorderly but evenly spread between two layers of bitumen binder sprayed evenly, and overlapping each other to form densified mesh tangled structure, which efficiently improves the comprehensive mechanical properties, including strength of tensile, shearing, compressive and impact, etc. It is similar to pave an extra layer of protective geomat with high elasticity and high strength between base course and surface course of new pavement, or on the basis of original pavement.

Adopting heat preservation high viscosity bitumen pump. Its strong pumping power, large delivery capacity improves bitumen circulating and spraying better.
Bitumen pipelines are heated by thermal oil under full coverage. It ensures smooth flow of bitumen in pipelines.
The bitumen spraying frame adopts unique backward folding design, with anti-collision function in construction. Reasonable bitumen circulation and precise nozzle design ensure the bitumen spraying uniformity and precise spraying accuracy.
It is capable to spray a variety of bitumen, and its spraying performance is superior to other similar products, especially when spray modified bitumen and rubber bitumen.
Each nozzle is available to be controlled by computer accurately to spray precisely, and spray amount is not affected by travel speed.
