How to repair emulsified bitumen equipment?

After the emulsified bitumen equipment has been used for a long time, it needs maintenance. There are several points to note when adjusting the emulsified bitumen equipment:
1. During use, regular maintenance should be carried out as appropriate according to the processing materials;
2. For the maintenance and use of the motor, please refer to the motor manual;
3. Most of the random spare parts are national standard and department standard parts, which are purchased all over the country;
4. The colloid mill is a high-precision machine with a line speed of up to 20m/second and a very small grinding disc gap. After inspection and reinstallation, the coaxiality error between the housing and the main shaft must be corrected with a dial indicator ≤0.05mm;
5. When repairing the machine, it is not allowed to be directly knocked with an iron bell during the disassembly, reinstallation and adjustment process. Use a wooden hammer or a wooden block to knock gently to avoid damaging the parts;
6. The machine seals: divided into static and dynamic seals. The static seal uses an O-type rubber ring and the dynamic seal uses a hard mechanical combined seal. If the hard sealing surface is scratched, it should be repaired by grinding on flat glass or flat casting immediately. The grinding material should be ≥200# silicon carbide grinding paste. If the seal is damaged or cracked seriously, please replace it immediately.
