(1) Classification according to device configuration:

Containerized emulsion asphalt equipment installs all accessories of the equipment in one or two containers, with hooks for easy loading and transportation. Can prevent wind, rain and snow from eroding please. This equipment has different configurations and prices depending on the output.
Fixed emulsion asphalt plant is used to set up independent production lines, or rely on asphalt plants, asphalt concrete mixing stations, membrane plants and other places where asphalt is stored. It mainly serves fixed customer groups within a certain distance.
(2) Classification by production process:
The installation and production process of emulsion asphalt equipment is classified into three types: intermittent, continuous and automatic.
Intermittent emulsion asphalt plant, during production, the asphalt emulsifier, water, modifier, etc. are mixed in the soap tank, and then pumped with the asphalt to the colloid grinding seed. After one tank of soap liquid is produced, the soap liquid is prepared for the production of the next tank.
If two soap tanks are equipped, alternate soap mixing for production. This is continuous production.
The asphalt emulsifier, water, additives, stabilizer, asphalt, etc. are measured separately and then pumped to the colloid mill. The blending of soap liquid is completed in the transportation pipeline, which is an automatic production emulsion asphalt equipment.
