Asphalt mixer safety standards
1. Small asphalt mixer
It should be installed in a flat position, and square wood should be used to cushion the front and rear axles so that the tires are elevated to avoid movement when starting.
2. Small asphalt mixers should be subject to secondary leakage protection. After the power is turned on before going to work, they must be carefully inspected. After an empty test run, they are found to be qualified before they can be used. During trial operation, it should be checked whether the mixing drum speed is appropriate. Under normal circumstances, the speed of the empty truck is slightly faster than that of the heavy truck (after loading) by 2 to 3 revolutions. If the difference is large, the ratio of the moving wheel and the transmission wheel should be adjusted.
