The asphalt gravel synchronous sealing truck is one of the pavement maintenance technologies. It spreads (sprinkles) asphalt binder and aggregate simultaneously within the same second, ensuring considerable surface coating strength between them. It has the characteristics of cost saving, highly wear-resistant surface, highly anti-slip surface, strong waterproofness, extended road service life, and quick recovery of traffic.

1. Before operation, all parts of the car, each valve in the piping system, each nozzle and other working devices should be inspected. Only if there are no faults can they be used normally.
2. After checking that there is no fault in the synchronous sealing vehicle, drive the vehicle under the filling pipe, first put all the valves in the closed position, open the small filling cap on the top of the tank, put the filling pipe in, start filling asphalt, and refuel When finished, close the small oil cap tightly. The asphalt added must meet the temperature requirements and cannot be filled too full.
3. After the synchronous sealing truck is filled with asphalt and gravel, start slowly and drive to the construction site at a medium speed. During transportation, no one is allowed to stand on each platform; the power take-off must be out of gear, and the burner is prohibited from being used while driving; all valves must be closed.
4. After being transported to the construction site, if the temperature of the asphalt in the tank of the synchronous sealing truck cannot meet the spraying requirements, the asphalt must be heated. During the asphalt heating process, the asphalt pump can be rotated to achieve uniform temperature rise.
5. After the asphalt in the tank reaches the spraying requirements, drive the synchronous sealing vehicle until the rear nozzle is about 1.5 to 2m away from the starting point of the operation and stop. According to the construction requirements, you can choose automatic spraying controlled by the front desk and manual spraying controlled by the background. During operation, no one is allowed to stand on the middle platform, the vehicle must drive at a constant speed, and it is prohibited to step on the accelerator.
6. When the operation is completed or the construction site is changed midway, the filter, asphalt pump, pipes and nozzles must be cleaned.
7. After the cleaning operation is completed for the last truck trip every day, the following truck closing operations must be completed.
7.1 All remaining asphalt in the tank must be drained away.
7.2 Open the asphalt cover, take out the filter and clean it in diesel oil.
7.3 Check all asphalt valves and air valves, and they must be closed.
7.4 Close the main air source valve and turn off the power switches of the front and rear consoles.
7.5 Collect the left and right rear nozzles and confirm that the hooks are securely hung.
7.6 Clean the remaining stone chips in the stone gate, spreading roller and other places, close the stone diverting plate and the lower sliding plate, lift the lower sliding plate to a relatively high position and fix it.
