1. Open the asphalt outlet valve and open an emulsifier mixing tank outlet valve.
2. Start the emulsifier, and at the same time, the emulsifier is not heated, and the heating source (oil guide or steam) is turned off.

3. Start the emulsifier gear pump, and estimate the speed to be set at 60-100 rpm
4. Set the asphalt gear at 360-500 rpm
5. Adjust the gap between the stator and the rotor of the emulsifier. In general, the asphalt particles are as small as possible. Considering the service life of the emulsifier and the stator, it depends on the load, observe the sound supervision of the motor, and set up an ammeter. The current value should be less than 29a. During the production process, as the temperature rises, the body will expand, and it is likely to readjust the gap (generally, the stator and rotor gaps of the emulsifier have been adjusted at the factory).
6. Start the product delivery pump.
