The general principle of bag dust collector design is economy and practicality. It should be neither too large nor too small. The design premise must be to meet the dust emission standards stipulated by the country.

When we design a non-standard dust removal system, we must comprehensively consider the following main factors:
1. Whether the installation site is spacious and barrier-free, whether the overall equipment is convenient to enter and exit, and whether there are length, width and height restrictions.
2. Accurately calculate the actual air volume handled by the system. This is the main factor in determining the size of the dust collector.
3. Choose which filter material to use based on the temperature, humidity, and cohesiveness of processing flue gas and dust.
4. Refer to the collection experience of similar dust and refer to relevant information, select the filtration wind speed on the premise of ensuring that the emission concentration reaches the standard, and then decide to use online or offline dust cleaning methods.
5. Calculate the total filtration area of ??the filter material used in the dust collector based on the filtration air volume and filtration wind speed.
6. Determine the diameter and length of the filter bag according to the filtration area and the installation site, so that the overall height and dimensions of the dust collector must meet the square structure as much as possible.
7. Calculate the number of filter bags and select the cage structure.
8. Design the flower board for distributing filter bags.
9. Design the structural form of the pulse cleaning system with reference to the dust cleaning pulse valve model.
10. Design the shell structure, air bag, blow pipe installation location, pipeline layout, air inlet baffle, steps and ladders, safety protection, etc., and fully consider rainproof measures.
11. Select the fan, ash unloading hopper, and ash unloading device.
12. Select the control system, pressure difference and emission concentration alarm system, etc. to ensure the safe and stable operation of the dust collector.

Advantages and features of pulse bag dust collector:
The pulse bag dust collector is a new improved pulse bag dust collector based on the bag dust collector. In order to further improve the pulse bag dust collector, the modified pulse bag dust collector retains the advantages of high purification efficiency, large gas processing capacity, stable performance, easy operation, long filter bag life, and small maintenance workload.

Pulse bag dust collector composition structure:
The pulse bag dust collector is composed of an ash hopper, an upper box, a middle box, a lower box and other parts. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. During operation, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet. The coarse dust particles fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes upward with the turning of the air flow. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered The gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collection pipe-exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan.

The dust cleaning process is to first cut off the air outlet duct of the room so that the bags in the room are in a state where there is no air flow (stop the air in different rooms to clean the dust). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air to perform pulse jet cleaning. The closing time of the cut-off valve is enough to ensure that the dust stripped from the filter bag settles into the ash hopper after blowing, avoiding the dust from being separated from the surface of the filter bag and agglomerating with the air flow. To the surface of adjacent filter bags, the filter bags are completely cleaned, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve are fully automatically controlled by the programmable controller.
