The production technology level of bitumen emulsion equipment is constantly improving. The production of bitumen emulsion has gradually developed from controlling the oil-water ratio based on experience to controlling the oil-water ratio with a sealed pressurized flowmeter, and then achieving computer automatic control of the oil-water ratio and oil-water temperature. The following problems are often encountered during the use of bitumen emulsion equipment. There are several reasons why the bitumen emulsion equipment cannot achieve the desired effect:

1. It may be a problem with the emulsifier. Is the gap of the bitumen emulsion colloid mill larger after a long period of use? If so, just adjust the gap;
2. It may be a problem with the emulsifier. Is there a problem with the quality of the emulsifier in the emulsified asphalt equipment? Depending on the water quality, the PH value may need to be adjusted; either the emulsifier is less or the ingredients are not enough.
3. It may be a problem with the asphalt. Different asphalts use different amounts of emulsifiers, which is also related to the temperature. Generally speaking, the lower the asphalt model, the higher the temperature (such as No. 70 is between 130-150 degrees).
