Intelligent asphalt spreaders are used for spreading bottom seepage oil, waterproof layer and bonding layer of asphalt paving on high-grade highways. It can also be used for oil road construction of county and township highways that implement layered track laying technology. It consists of a car chassis, an asphalt tank, an asphalt pumping and spraying system, a thermal oil heating system, an air system and an operating platform. If the intelligent asphalt spreader can be operated and maintained correctly, it can not only extend the service life of the equipment, but also make the construction project go smoothly.
What are the issues that should be paid attention to during the work of intelligent asphalt spreaders?
Maintenance after first use
1. Fixed connection of asphalt tank:
After 2-50 hours of use, re-tighten all connectors
At the end of work every day (or the equipment is shut down for more than 1 hour).
1. Use compressed air to empty the nozzle;
2. Add a few liters of diesel to the killing pump to ensure that the killing pump restarts smoothly.
3. Turn off the air switch on the top of the tank;
4. Deflate the gas tank;
5. Check the asphalt filter and clean the filter if necessary.
Note: In some cases, the filter should be cleaned several times a day.
6. After the expansion tank cools down, drain the condensate;
7. Check the hydraulic suction filter pressure gauge. If negative pressure occurs, the filter should be cleaned;
8. Check and adjust the looseness of the blue pump speed measuring belt;
9. Check and tighten the speed measuring radar.
Note: When working under the vehicle, the vehicle must be turned off and the hand brake must be used
Monthly (or every 200 hours)).
1. Check whether the blue pump fasteners are loose, and tighten them in time if they are loose;
2. Check the lubrication of the servo pump electromagnetic clutch, and add 32-40# of oil when it is lacking;
3. Check the pump filter, oil filter and nozzle filter of the burner, and clean or replace them in time

4. Disassemble the nozzle cylinder and check the piston gasket and needle valve;

Regular maintenance of intelligent spreader
1. Check the oil mist level before construction. When there is no oil, add No. 1 turbine oil or No. 1 turbine oil to the upper limit of the liquid level.
2. The lifting arm of the spreading rod must be lubricated in time to avoid rust and other problems due to long-term use.
3. Heat the fire channel with a thermal oil furnace and carefully check the fire channel and chimney residues.
Specific methods for maintaining smart spreaders
1. The pressure indicator is in the safe area (0(-0.1bar) and the normal working range;
2. The filter element should be replaced in the yellow area (01----0.2bar) of the pressure indicator;
3. The core of the red area (02(-1.0bar) of the pressure indicator should never be used.
