Asphalt tanks are commonly used equipment in road construction projects, so how to preheat the produced asphalt:

1. Open the large and small covers on the asphalt barrel. When there is only one barrel cover, another hole should be opened in the opposite direction to ventilate and discharge the oil. If there is water in the barrel, it must be removed first.
2. Operators should pay attention to the sudden spraying of asphalt. If asphalt is found to be spraying out from the sand hole of the barrel, it should be shoveled on the side outside the barrel with wet mud and sealed, and it should not be sealed directly by hand.
3. If the mouth of the asphalt barrel is found to be blocked during the oil roasting, the operator should stand on the side and clear it with an iron rod.
4. When roasting oil, it must be done with a low fire, not with a high fire.
5. The oil tank when roasting oil in a horizontal barrel should be built firmly, and the passage to the oil storage pot (tank) should be unobstructed.
6. When the oil is roasted in a horizontal barrel, if a stove is set up, the oil barrel should be rotated from time to time when it starts on the micro-fire port, and the local area should not be overheated. When the asphalt begins to flow, the small mouth of the oil barrel should be facing down and the large mouth should be facing up, and the oil should flow into the oil tank from the small mouth. At the same time, a safety wall should be set in front of the stove fire port and the oil tank.
7. Barreled asphalt often contains clumping water. Before the asphalt flows into the oil pan for boiling after preheating, it should be noted to remove the open flame to avoid swelling after entering the pot.
Before using the asphalt tank, we must do a good job of checking the asphalt tank, and then when using it, we need to preheat it in advance and then use it normally. When operating, everyone must strictly follow the steps in the instruction manual, otherwise, unnecessary consequences will occur.
