When using, there are many places that need our attention. We found that the most noteworthy places for asphalt spreaders are mainly the following:

1. Observe whether there is oil leakage before starting the equipment, and whether the valves are opened and closed normally.
2. Burner heating. When the air pressure is normal, turn on the power take-off, display power supply, and inverter, observe whether the thermal oil valve is opened correctly, whether the pressure is normal, and then ignite. After ignition, see whether the burner burns normally.
3. When filling oil and injecting asphalt into the car, first observe whether the valve is closed to avoid oil leakage. When filling oil, observe whether there is oil leakage at the connection. If there is, stop immediately.
4. Before spreading, the asphalt pump should be heated. When the temperature is enough, open the asphalt valve to let the asphalt circulate. When the spray rack is warm, open the spray rack and fix it.
5. Before spraying, observe whether each process is normal, mainly for vehicle speed, pump speed and settings.
6. Test spraying, open one or several nozzles to see if oil is coming out. If there is no oil when spraying starts, stop immediately.
7. When spraying starts, always pay attention to the spraying situation on the road surface to see if there are nozzles that are not spraying, whether there are obstacles and where nozzles need to be added or subtracted.
8. When spraying is finished, the spray rack should be closed immediately, and then the asphalt in the pipeline and the nozzle should be purged quickly.
9. After purging, fix the spray rack, close the inlet and outlet valves, then turn off the gas, turn off the power, turn off the display power supply, cover the chimney cover, and cover the distribution cabinet cover if it rains.
