The engine oil used in synchronous chip seal vehicles often contains water due to some reasons, but after being mixed with water, it will affect the use effect of the engine oil. So, in view of this problem, how can we effectively remove the water in the engine oil of synchronous chip seal vehicles? Let us introduce this issue to you below.
Points that should be paid attention
The engine oil of synchronous chip seal vehicles can be placed in a test tube and heated to 110 to 120 ℃. If there is a "pop" sound in the oil, it indicates that there is water in the engine oil. If there is water in the engine oil, the engine oil can be heated to 110 to 120 ℃ by indirect heating. When the bubbles in the engine oil disappear and cool to room temperature, the water will be removed.
If the engine oil has been slightly emulsified, it can be treated in the following way: collect the emulsified engine oil of the same brand, add phenol (carbolic acid) as a deemulsifier at a weight of 1 to 3% of the weight of the oil, stir and heat to 50 to 80°C, let it stand for 4 hours or longer, and after the oil and water are separated, remove the water in the lower layer and it can be used.
