What are the problems with uneven asphalt spreading by asphalt spreaders and how to deal with them?
Asphalt spreaders are an indispensable machine in road construction. In particular, in the construction of high-grade highways, modern construction equipment such as intelligent asphalt spreaders and asphalt gravel synchronous sealing vehicles are increasingly used to complete asphalt spreading operations on road surfaces.

The use of these equipment has greatly improved the quality of road surfaces. However, the spreading effect of the current spreader is not satisfactory, and there is a phenomenon of uneven lateral spreading. How to change this situation? The following asphalt spreader manufacturers will give some effective suggestions for improving the uniformity of asphalt spreaders:
(1) Improve the nozzle structure. This has the following purposes: First, to adapt to the structure of the spray pipe. Make the asphalt flow distribution of each nozzle close to the same; second, to make the shape and size of the spray projection surface of a single nozzle meet the design requirements. Achieve the best. And make the asphalt flow distribution in the area meet the design requirements; third, to adapt to the construction requirements of different types of asphalt and different spreading amounts.
(2) Properly adjust the speed of the spreader. As long as the speed of the intelligent asphalt spreader is changed within a reasonable range, it will not affect the longitudinal uniformity of the asphalt spreader. Because when the speed is faster, the amount of asphalt spread per unit time becomes larger, while the amount of asphalt spread per unit area remains unchanged. However, the change of speed has a greater impact on the lateral uniformity, and the "impact-splash-homogenization" effect is enhanced. The lateral spreading is more uniform. Therefore, a faster speed should be used as much as possible to keep the lateral uniformity at all times.
